CommercialSolarSpain.com is responsible for the information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the question form.
Information submitted through the website
The assessment form collects the contact, company, location and project information entered by the person making the enquiry. The shorter question form collects a name, business email address, optional company name and the question submitted.
The information is used to review and respond to the enquiry. It is not used for an unrelated mailing list.
Installation partner
Information submitted initially is reviewed by Commercial Solar Spain. It is not passed to the installation partner at that stage. If an enquiry appears suitable, the installation company is identified and the person enquiring is asked whether they wish to proceed. Relevant information is shared for technical assessment only after they agree.
Service providers
The website hosting and email services process the technical information needed to receive and deliver an enquiry. Server records may include the submitting IP address, date and time. Access is limited to those who need it to operate the website and handle the enquiry.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage the enquiry and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
You do not have to submit an enquiry. Required form fields are needed so that the enquiry can be reviewed or answered. Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information and object where the relevant legal conditions apply.
You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
